It all began when Bijan created his first perfume for men in 1981. The rich scent was a blend of 98 exceptional ingredients. Bijan sought the help of the world famous crystal company Baccarat to produce the elegant flacon he envisioned holding his luxurious fragrance. In 1986, Bijan launched his Classic Men’s and Women’s fragrance line exclusively at Saks Fifth Avenue and soon thereafter at Neiman Marcus. The Bijan Fragrance collection has won many honors including International Packaging Award Finalist for Best Packaging of Bijan with a Twist by HBA Global Expo in 2002, Best Fragrance of the Year and Best Packaging of the Year Nominations of Bijan with a Twist for Women and Men by The Fragrance Foundation in 2001, Best Fragrance of the Year.
